good to come to terms with this reality. accept limitations. find a way to welcome them. your dear body is doing the best it can & needs nurturing, not nudging.

fear of failure [of breaking a negative habit] is strong but there’s no failure in trying, dear one. consider it an experiment. be aware of motivators, pro and con. then decide whether you agree with them. listen to self-talk & tone of it. with as little judgment & as much objectivity as possible. writing would help. always does.
