do not need more stress. like when you discarded fear of public speaking: didn’t have energy for added stress. transformed life-long fear & have never felt it again. now you can decide to dismiss things that you can’t change & take the whole with (several) grains of salt.  awareness is key.

have had many successes & satisfactions in life, dear one. still happening on subtler level. this practice leads the list but so does surviving 2 surgeries this year. don’t discount anything

you get lulled when have extended days of energy & then brought up short & ‘re-schooled.’ doesn’t just have to be about health, dear one. many lessons available! like feelings of hope & depression, isolation & expansion, frustration & determination, acceptance & rebellion. finding middle ground is worthy cause. worthiest!
